Brescia is a New York-based accessories brand founded by designer Olivia Brescia. Inspired by endangered wildlife, exploration of the uknown, and the spirit of old New York, each collection begins as an original hand-painted artwork created in Olivia’s West Village studio.
Rooted in a love for nature, classic design, expedition, and artistic heritage, Brescia transports you into a world of whimsical adventure. The core of Brescia is turning paintings into unique acessories and home decor, designed to be bold by nature.
The Process
Every Brescia design starts by hand.
In an era increasingly shaped by graphics and artificial precision, Ms. Brescia hand-paints each artwork to preserve the beauty of craftsmanship, texture, and human imperfection. From prehistoric reefs and tropical canopies to exotic creatures and natural curiosities, the natural world serves as both muse and palette.
The Inspiration
Brescia is deeply inspired by the extraordinary patterns, colors, and forms found throughout nature.
