Roloway monkeys are playful and charismatic creatures that are native to Ghana. With long tails and impeccable balance, they are amazing climbers. Their sleek and slender silhouettes paired with their trademark black triangular face make them naturally stylish and unique.
Deforestation and uncontrolled hunting for bushmeat are to blame for the Roloway monkeys title as critically endangered.
Through the art of textile design, Primates in Pearls seeks to raise awareness and celebrate the beauty of this extraordinary species.
